Our wedding takes place on the 21st of April, 2012. However, the Hidden Valley Retreat property is rented from the morning of the 20th through to midday on the 22nd. On the 20th we will be working hard to set up and stage the wedding, on the 21st will be the wedding, and on the 22nd we will hang out and clean up.
Additionally, on the 23rd, the people who book a spot on the group cruise will be departing out of LA for four nights and returning on the 27th of April (Check out the cruise page!).
So what does that mean for all of you? Below are sample schedules to consider depending on what category you fit into. You may want to add more time to either the front or end of what’s proposed below to have your own additional vacations. There is, after all, much to see and do in Southern California if you’ve never been.

| * If you’re arriving from a foreign location and going on the cruise, it might be cheaper to fly in and out of LA and drive down to the wedding (~1.5-2hr) rather than fly into and out of SD and commute from LA. At the very least it probably would be more convenient. Please keep traffic in mind when choosing your arrival time if you fly into LA. | |
